If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos along with an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.
2. Size Exchange
If the ordered size doesn’t fit, we offer a size exchange, subject to product availability. Please provide an unboxing video when submitting your request.
3. Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will replace it with the correct item. An unboxing video is required for verification.
How to Request an Exchange
Email Us: Send an email to orders@aarnikethnics.com with your Order ID, clear product photos, and an unboxing video.
Review: Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Return Item: Return the product as instructed.
Processing: Once the returned item passes inspection, your exchange or refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes
An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange or damage claims.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
For size exchanges, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our end.
