Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Aarnik Ethnics, we craft every garment with utmost care and precision. Every parcel undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping. Please review our policies below prior to making a purchase.

📌 General Policy Note: We follow a strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy once an order is sold. Exchanges are exclusively permitted for size-related adjustments under specific guidelines detailed below.
01 Sale & Promotional Items
  • All items purchased on sale, or using coupon codes, gift cards, or promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Please refer to our detailed size chart carefully before purchasing sale items.
  • Prepaid and placed orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
02 Ineligible Exchange Cases
  • Change of mind, personal preference on color, fabric, fit, or design after delivery.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged post-delivery.
  • Missing original price tags, labels, or original packaging.
  • Missing unboxing video (required for verification).
03 Size Exchanges & Out-of-Stock Guidelines
  • 48-Hour Reporting Window: Size exchange requests must be emailed to orders@aarnikethnics.com within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous, unedited unboxing/opening video from start to finish is mandatory for processing any exchange request.
  • Single Exchange Limit: Exchanges are permitted only once per order and are subject to stock availability.
  • Out of Stock Cases: If your requested replacement size is unavailable, a store credit / coupon code equal to the value will be issued, valid for 90 days.
04 Return Shipping Process
  • If reverse pickup is available for your pin code, applicable shipping fees will be borne by the customer or deducted from store credit.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must courier the parcel back via a reliable, traceable courier service at their own expense.
  • Please slip a note inside the parcel containing your Name, Order ID, and Mobile Number.
  • Aarnik Ethnics is not responsible for lost or mishandled transit packages sent without prior confirmation.
05 Color & Handcraft Disclaimer
  • A 10-15% color variation may occur due to photography lighting, camera angles, and screen display settings. Exchanges will not be accepted for minor color tone differences.
  • Minor variations in print, weave, embroidery, or fabric texture are inherent characteristics of handcrafted and artisan-made apparel, not defects.
